Can I get a refund?

We do not provide refunds once a transaction is made. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which you may request a refund.

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide access to our online service for an extended period due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Missing Transcription: If the automatically generated transcript has more than 30% missing transcription, you may request a refund within [7] days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund under this circumstance, you must grant us permission to investigate the file. 
  3. Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our online service, you may request a refund within [7] days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund under this circumstance, you must provide a clear and valid reason for your dissatisfaction.
