We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

2.1 Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide access to our online service for an extended period due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Missing Transcription: If the automatically generated transcript has more than 30% missing transcription, you may request a refund within [7] days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund under this circumstance, you must grant us permission to investigate the file. 

2.3 Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our online service, you may request a refund within [7] days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund under this circumstance, you must provide a clear and valid reason for your dissatisfaction.

  • Provide your order or transaction details.
  • We will investigate the issue and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
  • If eligible, we will process your refund within 7 days.

 

3.2 Missing transcription:

  • Contact our customer support team at hello.auris@ai-communis.io and inform us of the affected file with missing transcription. 
  • We will conduct an investigation to verify the validity of the missing transcription and determine your eligibility for a refund.
  • If eligible, we will process your refund within 7 days.

 

3.2 Dissatisfaction:

  • Contact our customer support team at hello.auris@ai-communis.io and provide a clear and valid reason for your dissatisfaction.
  • We will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
  • If eligible, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If a refund is not possible via the original payment method, we will work with you to find an alternative method.

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
