We do not offer subscription plans. All the plans we offer are one-time upgrades, with no recurring payment. This is so we can give you as much flexibility as possible on when you would like to utilise your transcription minutes.

File upload size – 1GB

Each tier of upgrade entitles you to a different cloud storage limit:

• Free – 1GB
• 2 Hr, 5 Hr, 15 Hr – 5GB
• 40 Hr and above – 15GB

If you require more than 15GB, contact us for a customised enterprise plan at hello.auris@ai-communis.io.

There is no limit to the number of files you can upload, but there is a storage limit that comes with each plan.
